Gettimely.com provides us with the online platform for booking our services and selling our gift cards to you. Your data may be stored through Gettimely.com’s data storage, databases and the general Gettimely.com applications. They store your data on our behalf, on secure servers behind a firewall.
Our direct payment gateway is provided by Timely Pay and adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We take digital scans of paper consent forms and store them securely on our local server. We keep this information to comply with our legal obligations and for insurance purposes.
We never share or disclose this information with third parties, except when we are required to, to fulfill our legal or insurance obligations.
We only store this information for as long as is required for us to comply with our legal and insurance obligations.
We securely shred and dispose of paper consent form, via a third party. They provide us with a destruction certificate and waste transfer note.
